Group Manager is a platform that helps Facebook group administrators and moderators manage pending posts through:

• Importing pending posts from Facebook groups via a Chrome extension
• AI-powered content analysis and moderation recommendations
• Duplicate detection and spam filtering
• Team collaboration and voting features
• Syncing moderation decisions back to Facebook

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using Group Manager, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account access is currently invite-only and requires admin approval.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Violate Facebook's Terms of Service or Community Standards
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to access the Service (except our official extension)

6. Facebook Integration

Our Service integrates with Facebook. You acknowledge that:

• You must comply with Facebook's Terms of Service when using our Service
• You must have appropriate admin or moderator permissions for groups you manage
• Facebook may change their platform, which could affect our Service
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook/Meta

7. AI Features

Our AI-powered features provide recommendations only. You acknowledge that:

• AI recommendations are not guaranteed to be accurate
• Final moderation decisions are your responsibility
• AI analysis involves sending content to third-party AI providers
• You can disable AI features in your settings

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-imported content), is owned by Group Manager and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Service without permission.

9. User Content

Content imported from Facebook groups remains the property of the original content creators. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights to moderate such content. We do not claim ownership of any user-generated content.

10. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features may require a paid subscription. If applicable:

• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• We may offer free trials at our discretion

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROUP MANAGER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Group Manager and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
